At Zenstellar, we believe in keeping things simple. Our standard global shipping rate is just $5. Plus, be sure to watch for our FREE SHIPPING specials!

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Orders are prepared and dispatched quickly, typically within 48-72 hours (Monday-Friday). Here’s what to expect for delivery times:

  • US & UK: 7-12 business days
  • Europe (Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland): 10-12 business days
  • Australia: 7-15 business days
  • New Zealand: 7-12 business days
  • Mexico: 12-22 business days
  • Other Global Locations: 10-25 business days

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please reach out to us immediately by email so we can correct it before your order leaves our warehouse. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we’re unable to adjust the address.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note international delivery times will vary depending on location and may attract import costs if outside the USA.

How much does shipping cost?

We aim to provide our customers with the best possible service. We process and dispatch standard orders in 1-2 days. During busy times, such as Christmas, please allow a couple extra days. Larger items dispatch within 3 days through our trusted courier service.

There are no extra charges for packaging as we recycle most of what we receive—just trying to do our bit for the environment.

Our standard delivery rates are as follows:

$0 - $10: $3.95

$10 - $20: $4.95

$20 - $75: $6.95

$75+: $8.95

For furniture and large items please inquire for a price quote.

My order has not arrived. What do I do?

Don’t worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number, and we will find your package’s whereabouts.

When will I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once you place your order, you will receive an emailing confirming that we have and are working on your order. You will then receive another email when we’ve shipped your order.

Can I collect my order?

Of course! If you wish to collect your order from our studio just enter 'Abodestore' in the promo code box at checkout.
